In this role you will: • Contribute to the development of event concepts, themes, and timelines • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure event services, materials, and logistics • Assist in event preparation, on-site management, and post-event duties • Provide administrative and logistical support to departments both in-office and at event locations • Act as a key contact for vendors and internal teams during the planning and execution phases of events • Ensure timely delivery and setup of all event materials and equipment, adhering to pre-determined plans • Monitor event flow, ensuring adherence to schedules and resolving any last-minute changes or emergencies efficiently • Supervise event materials and equipment return, storage, and inventory management • Perform other duties as assigned What you'll bring to this role: • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team Additional information: Employees will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
