The Omni Homestead’s associates enjoy a dynamic and exciting work environment, comprehensive training and mentoring, along with the pride that comes from working for a company with a reputation for exceptional service. • Ensuring that warmth, personalization, proactivity and awareness are utilized in all interactions with Omni guest and members • Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and employee partners, damage to our property or the property of others. • Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort / activity information to our guests and employee partners • Set up and facilitation of Special Events including children’s crafts, cookie decorating, painting activities, tiedye,, bingo, family game nights, limbo, lawn games, etc • Register and check guests in for events using Resort Suite • Clean and sanitize event spaces before and after guest arrival • Help with daily operations of Special Event weekends, including but not limited to setup, registration, ringing up tickets, booking events, tearing down, etc • Working weekends and holidays is required for this position.
