Event Captain

The Event Captain holds the pivotal leadership role in the on-site execution of an event, maintaining ultimate accountability for the event's performance from the initial load-in phase through to the final breakdown. Event Leadership & Execution ● Be accountable for the synchronized execution, pacing, and overall floor management of service throughout the event. ● Strong leadership presence with the ability to direct, motivate, and manage service teams ● Prior experience in a lead, senior server, or comparable supervisory role required
