The Event Captain is responsible for guiding floor staff throughout the event to maintain a smooth timeline and uphold the company’s high standards in food, beverage service, and overall guest experience. They will serve food and beverages, attend to clients and guests with exceptional customer service skills, and oversee the presentation of food and beverages to ensure they meet Seasons Catering’s exacting standards. Additionally, Event Captains enforce safety protocols for all floor staff according to OSHA regulations, ensuring both a safe and efficient work environment.
