Requirements: • Experienced banquet captain, catering manager or event planner • Strong leader and able to train staff • Excellent communication skills • Proactive and able to multi-task • You must have a car and be willing to travel to event sites which are located throughout the twin cities. • Point person for client and venue • Meet staff and direct to appropriate duties • Receive and organize rentals, food, and all other vendors • Ensure that event is set up on time and organized for success • Manage and direct catering staff in the setting up of buffets, passing of hor'ds, serving of sit down meals, cake cutting and serving, etc. Application Question(s): • What is your current schedule Monday through Sunday?
