Event Catering Coordinator

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of all catering events, from initial client consultations to post-event follow-up. You will be the key point of contact for clients, vendors, and the internal event staff, coordinating logistics, menus, and staffing to create unforgettable experiences. Develop detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines, ensuring all client requirements are accurately captured. Manage event logistics, including staffing schedules, venue coordination, equipment rentals, and transportation arrangements. 2-3 years of experience in catering coordination, event planning, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
