Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

* **Provide exceptional client service:** Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process
* **Support the sales process:** Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution
* **Coordinate event logistics:** Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services
* **Prepare and distribute documents:** Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams
* **Stay organized and detail-focused:** Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency
