JOB TITLE: Corporate Event PlannerJOB LOCATION: Fully RemoteWAGE RANGE*: $45-50/hr. The primary focus of this role is to support the attendee management and pre-event and on-site experience process within Cvent - specifically the development of the meeting registration sites, attendee hub event apps, surveys, and reporting.To help us achieve our mission, we are hiring an Event Technology Consultant/Specialist to join our team.What great looks like in this role:Our ideal Event Technology Consultant/Specialist candidate is techy savvy and client focused with familiarity of corporate event planning standards. You'll use your skills to improve the event technology journey for clients through creative platform solutions. Daily and monthly responsibilities:Build and maintain registration sites, email communications, mobile apps, reporting portal, virtual event platform, and surveys within the Cvent platform in alignment with Financial's brand standards.This position will consult with clients both internal and external on how event technology solutions can best achieve program goals and provide guidance on event technology design and best practices.Consultation with Meeting Planner and Meeting Owner to educate teams on all event technology needs of the meeting or event.Quick turnaround on tasks to meet or exceed all client deadline expectationsKeep project plans updated in Airtable.Work with event technology contractors to assign and manage workloadManage and maintain relationships with event technology partners as assignedManage reporting and data within the system to ensure we have accurate records.Staying up to date with new technology releases and implement new product updates.Maintain technology integration of credit card processing and reportingSupport API integrations within event technology platformCreate and manage technology timelines for meetings and eventsUnderstand and implement general event technology tasks - create, edit, delete, manage user profiles, analyticsREMOTE3-5 Years of experience with Cvent platformBasic knowledge and HTML, CSS, and graphic designProficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience with database management programsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and balance client needsPossess strong technical and data management skillsPossess an understanding of Android and iOS user interfaces and ecosystems to aid in the downloading, installation, content display and use of mobile applicationsMust be available to work east coast hours.
