Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and in personSchedule and host showroom appointments at our Sonoma locationEnter and manage rental orders accurately in our reservation systemRecommend rental products for weddings, winery events, private parties, and corporate eventsAnswer client questions regarding pricing, availability, delivery, and product optionsCoordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure product availability and smooth event executionSupport Event Directors with order updates, changes, and client communicationAccurately bill and track orders to ensure timely fulfillmentWork in office Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts as business needs requireQualifications for Event Consultant: As an Event Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients bring their events to life while building a career with a company that values teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
