The Event Coordinator for the Auxiliary Services Department plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events and activities to enhance the campus community experience. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for creating memorable events that cater to diverse student and staff needs. • Event Planning and Execution: • Coordinate all aspects of events hosted by the Auxiliary Services Department, including but not limited to orientation programs, campus festivals, seminars, workshops, and cultural events. • Communication and Collaboration: • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries, both internally within the department and externally with campus stakeholders, vendors, and participants. • Work is normally performed in either a typical interior/office work environment or at off-campus events featuring Kentucky State University.
