Event Coordination & Marketing Intern

Duties

Assist in planning and executing various events, including corporate gatherings, birthday parties, weddings and more
Support event marketing campaigns through social media, email outreach, and promotional materials to boost attendance and engagement
Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and venue staff to ensure seamless event operations and uphold quality standards
Manage event logistics such as budgeting, contracts, catering arrangements, and setup/takedown schedules
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees
Contribute to upselling opportunities by promoting additional services or packages during events
Maintain organized records of event details, contracts, budgets, and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Planning or related fields
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Experience with event marketing strategies including social media promotion and outreach campaigns
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
