The Event Coordination Specialist role at Wolters Kluwer is a dynamic and integral position within the company's events team, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of a variety of internal and external events. With approximately 50 percent travel required, the specialist will engage directly with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery that aligns with company standards. At least 5 years of relevant event planning or coordination experience
Proficiency with event management software, especially Cvent
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of event budgeting and financial procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50 percent
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data management
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic event environments
