Biofinders/Engage LS needs an immediate hire for a special event manager. Our special event will be a small laboratory vendor tradeshow format hosted for the Vanderbilt U Research Community. • Experience with event coordination • Or with meeting planning... • Professional appearance • Comfortable to greet and manage Our event registration • Punctual and Able Work on short notice • Will need to be able to have basic computer skills Our event will require arrival at 9:30 am and you will finish at 2:30 pm For successful candidates we will have additional opportunities in the future for this same area.
