The Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and execution of events as it relates to bar service, from the first planning conversation through service. Candidate will play a key role in creating and maintaining client and vendor relationships, which are at the heart of our business. • Manage and train bar staff, giving them the what they need to be at their best • Plan events with clients: Cover all event details related to bar service—providing the client with all the information they need to make well informed decisions about their events—offering suggestions to facilitate a smooth service. Requirements • Five years of food and beverage experience • Two years management experience • Knowledge of local event scene a plus • Ability to work a flexible schedule that requires a more significant time investment during busy season • Previous experience working with brides and grooms • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record Compensation This is a part-time, contract position with hours that vary depending on the season.
