The Event Coordinator will meet with the event stakeholder(s) to plan, organize, and execute all assigned events approved through USSOCOM and the SOFWERX Leadership Team. The Event Coordinator collaborates with the Marketing Manager for supporting assets such as the graphics design, videography, and social media interns required to support. Work directly with SOFWERX Lead Event Coordinator / Events and Meetings Manager for event coordination and support of all SOFWERX event activities. Coordinate with SOFWERX Events and Meetings Manager and Marketing Manager to distribute necessary details and information for upcoming events to the ecosystem. Make timely decisions at the appropriate level and promptly advise the Lead Event Coordinator and Events and Meetings Manager of those decisions or actions required at their level.
