Red Carrot is seeking an Event Coordinator to join a team supporting our federal government client. The role will provide planning and execution support for various meetings, events, and conferences. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in event planning • Virtual and hybrid event planning experience required • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills • Communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and event technology Headquartered in Miami, Florida, we have a strong and continually growing presence in Washington, D.C., as well as team members and clients all over the country.
