This position is the primary point of contact with faculty/presenters/hosts to determine logistical support from the completion of a contract through event conclusion. • Coordinate with Sales Leads to compile the event schedule, handouts, and A/V needs three weeks prior to an event. • Receive and implement instructions from faculty about Mission Programs, Satsangs or other Retreat Center functions including but not limited to: open houses, town hall meetings, etc. • Coordinate and execute the setup of teaching classrooms and event spaces, including assistance with A/V needs • Assist with add-on requests that take place after the contract signature has occurred. • Assist the Guest Services team as needed • Handle special requests, tasks, or projects that are assigned by management as needed.
