The Marketing & Meeting Event Coordinator is responsible for creating marketing materials for all platforms and planning and coordinating all aspects of Mitaka attending regional and national medical conferences/courses. You will be responsible for creating new brochures, flyers and creative marketing strategies and tactics. • Order and organize materials including promotional materials for events. • Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and pre- and post-event evaluations. • Work closely with vendors and contractors to plan and execute a successful professional experience • Manage all aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking.
