Reporting to the Event Manager- Facilities and Campus Operation, the Event coordinator/scheduler/assistant (Program Coordinator (NE S SEIU 925 Non Supv)) will act as the key contact and dispatcher for the Program; provide logistical support for event planners on campus; receive and track event requests, schedule rooms and spaces for non-curricular use, and act as central point of contact for requestors. • Schedule rooms/spaces using 25Live scheduling software and related tools and process changes as needed. • Create diagrams from established templates to share with departments hosting events and work with them to plan their event. • Provide administrative support to the Campus Operations team. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience using 25Live or other room scheduling software.
