High Volume Restaurant Experience Full Time Availability Catering Experience Event Managment Experience Evening & Nights only (3:30pm-2:00am) Brunch (Only Sunday 9:30am-6:00pm) Wage Salary plus Commission We are a high-volume restaurant with a seasonal changing beverage program. The candidate we are looking for must be experienced and have the ability to work a fast-paced restaurant, work well with others, maintain consistent customer service, have a basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, and experience with managing events. The canidate we are looking for should exceed in the following: • Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues • Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests • Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time • Remaining under budget with all costs • Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise • Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event • Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
