The Internal Event Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all internal events and functions held in all event spaces throughout Gillette Stadium. • Work closely with all internal departments on all event planning details and oversees all aspects of facility operations related to internal events. • Create event documentation such as banquet event orders, floor plans and banquet checks. • Guide and inform internal departments of operational challenges and conflicts associated with event and determine how to best solve these challenges or offer alternative solutions. • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning process and emphasize guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings focusing on continuous improvement.
