• Ensures follow-up calls and thank you letters are provided to all events executed • Oversees the proposals for the Special Events Department • Conducts tours of the property to sell special event facilities • Ensure all contracts are signed and deposits are processed correctly • Gather group details/information/amenity needs to generate a meaningful banquet event order. • Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls and KGCC Policies and Procedures. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in banquet, catering, event, and/ or hotel sales. Other Requirements • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Work Permit.
