We are dedicated to providing high-quality events and information, through unparalleled speaking sessions, workshops, and unique face-to-face networking opportunities. This position is remote, but occasional travel may be required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Establish and maintain relationships with key professionals, industry leaders, senior executives, and media within relevant vertical markets - Networking skills • Assist customers professionally, service-oriented during the execution of daily work and onsite at conferences, leadership, communication, and public skills • Manage the coordination of internal Travel, Transportation, and Shipping arrangements • Manage the coordination of VIP Speaker Travel • Event management, planning and logistics in all stages. Requirements include: • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience doing research and procurement • Ability to work under pressure • Strong interest in event planning • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent ability to multi-task, prepared to work on at least 5 events at varying stages • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with and relate to all levels both within and outside the organization • Engaging, professional, and diplomatic demeanor - Customer service focus • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
