This role is a full-time position and will be responsible for getting out into the community, developing relationships, and selling the concept to businesses, residential communities, and event & wedding planners. A successful coordinator will deliver an organized and streamlined experience for clients by leveraging available resources and working with the entire team. • Business Development and Sales: Actively drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing sales strategies, and effectively promoting event services to maximize revenue. • Take Ownership of Events: Manage each event from booking to execution, serving as the primary contact on-site and attending most events to ensure everything runs smoothly. • 3-5 years hospitality experience with direct working knowledge of food and beverage • 1-2 years management experience • Knowledge and connections with the Colorado and Denver event scene is a plus • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Ability to accommodate a more demanding schedule during the peak seasons • Previous experience working with high net worth individuals, C-level executives, and wedding parties • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
