Event Coordinator

We are on the lookout for an Event Coordinator with a focus on community events within the financial industry. Based in Broomfield, Colorado, this role involves the end-to-end implementation of field marketing initiatives, community development programs, and events. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, that will require 40hrs/week (with flexible hours for after hours events). Must be able to work ON-SITE in Broomfield at least 3 days/week and have reliable transportation between Fort Collins, Boulder, and Broomfield areas.Responsibilities:• Implement field marketing initiatives, community development programs, and events that align with the brand• Develop and manage projects that support reputation-building and financial wellness• Coordinate and oversee community events, ensuring a smooth execution• Apply strong planning, prioritization, and organization skills to manage multiple events concurrently• Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout all... initiatives and interactions• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external• Offer excellent customer service to all event attendees and stakeholders• Create engaging content for promotional purposes surrounding the events• Ensure all corporate events are executed according to plan and meet set objectives
