Job Overview/Purpose... As an Events Coordinator you will report to the Vice President, Senior Events Manager of the Marketing & Communications team. Working cross-functionally within a dynamic team that is highly visible within the bank, you will work across key marketing initiatives, primarily on external events as well as key internal events at the bank. The role will entail coordinating multiple facets of events as well as supporting various marketing and communications activities that support the publicity around these events. Job Skills and Knowledge: • 2 - 4 years’ experience events and communications • Experience with working on events ranging from 50 – 500+ attendees • Ability to think strategically and manage vendors • Strong writing skills • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Flexible, able to think on feet • Able to interact professionally with people of all levels and business areas
