City Experiences is seeking a Event Coordinator for our City Cruises operation in Chicago, IL... • Obtain all information related to events from the regional and national sales team while effectively utilizing the cruise turnover function in Salesforce. • Demonstrate excellence in communicating internally with the Regional Director of Sales, General Manager, and Operations teams to ensure the vision of the client is thoroughly reflected in all operations notes and executed properly onboard. As required, be present during the event, with a special focus on full ship and deck charters to ensure an amazing experience.
