• Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events • Manage all aspects and details of events from conception to completion • For onsite meetings and events - coordinate and execute day-of-event logistics, including set up, guest registration, troubleshooting throughout event, post-event clean up, and follow-up communications • Manage conference/off-site meeting attendance logistics, travel planning and back-end financial reconciliation of travel expenses • Perform setup/breakdown of furniture, equipment, food, beverages and other work as required. • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards. • Technical Knowledge, Work Skills & Abilities • Demonstrated experience in event management. The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
