As the event coordinator, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of vendor... management. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our client's tailored requirements. • Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events • Manage all aspects and details of events from conception to completion • For onsite meetings and events - coordinate and execute day-of-event logistics, including set up, guest registration, troubleshooting throughout event, post-event clean up, and follow-up communications • Manage conference/off-site meeting attendance logistics, travel planning and back-end financial reconciliation of travel expenses • Perform setup/breakdown of furniture, equipment, food, beverages and other work as required. • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards. • Technical Knowledge, Work Skills & Abilities • Demonstrated experience in event management.
