We are looking for an Event Coordinator to work in our corporate headquarters in Morris County, New Jersey. Responsibilities and Duties... • Coordinate all activities related to the daily operations of planning special events including (but not limited to) trade shows, casino player loyalty events, client functions, and internal Company events • Follow and comply with all policies, procedures, and business operations • Coordinate the planning, programming, scheduling, travel arrangements, set- up, execution, and breakdown of events • Research and negotiate contracts for booth design and rental • Research and negotiate contracts for outside printing • Research and negotiate contracts for external event staffing agencies • Work as a direct liaison between client and various internal departments such as Sales, Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations • Display reliable leadership • Prioritize and delegate multiple tasks onsite to maximize time management • HEAVY Travel, especially during 4th quarter, is REQUIRED Benefits: • Competitive salary • Health insurance • 401(k) plan with an employer match • Life insurance and long-term disability insurance • Paid time off • Generous employee purchase and incentive programs Our award-winning programs are carefully designed to maximize business growth, engage employees, motivate sales teams and increase customer retention, through aspirational brand name rewards.
