We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Coordinator to assist in the execution of 50+ customer facing events for RAM Mounts. This position coordinates travel for the event attendees, the logistics for booth equipment, and overall booth presence. Specific Duties • Plan booth shipping timeframes for all events to ensure booth availability for registered events. • Track shipping of booth and other materials to and from events to ensure arrival at destination on target date. • Manage Salesforce event campaign deadlines and event tracker checklist.
