Event Coordinator assists the event staff with all aspects of planning a live or virtual event for an organization or external client. Additionally, Event Coordinator... complies summaries of costs, attendee demographics, and post-evaluations. Role and Responsibilities • Maintain communication with event vendors and other stakeholders through lifecycle of each event; • Coordinate pre-event details such as payments, insurance, ticket distribution, and travel booking; • Assist in event logistics and clerical support, including but not limited to packing, shipping, and inventorizing all event-related materials; • Attend events and interact with foot traffic when necessary; • Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings; • Accurately record expenses in accordance with budgetary requirements; • Work closely with other team members to develop copy, marketing materials, and/or promotions for events; • Other marketing-related tasks may arise.
