The Member Experience Coordinator will play an integral part on the Member Experience Team supporting project work and goals. to ensure all event elements align with the Club's standards and member expectations • Demonstrate a proven track record of executing events at the highest level, consistently enhancing content quality and the overall member experience • Assist in the coordination of marketing efforts, supporting promotional activities to increase member engagement and attendance at events • Manage event logistics by entering detailed information into club software, ensuring accurate records and smooth coordination between departments • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all event elements, from decor to seating arrangements, reflect the Club's standards of excellence • Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination leading up to and during events • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve event processes, striving to exceed member expectations and enhance the overall Club experience • New Member welcome calls "warm welcome" invitation to New Member Facebook group • Man Social Media by responding to posts, verifying events, etc. • Positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
