Event Coordinator

Job Description: Commellini Estate is seeking an Event Coordinator for our private events. As the Event Coordinator you will be responsible for private event sales and program management. · Implementing organizational procedures and systems for pre and post events, for a seamless client experience. Event Planning Responsibilities: · Consults with clients to plan and determine event requirements, including number of guests, timeline preparation, discussing event setup and details, bar packages, catering needs, and ceremony coordination. · Ability to work with clients to determine and anticipate needs of the event.
