Accountable to: Director of Operations Ex/Non-Ex (salary/hourly): Salary based on experience Work schedule: 8 a. m. - 5 p. m. Monday - Friday (Some evenings required) This position requires that you possess the following skills: Strong organization skills & sharp eye for detail High degree of creativity and very strong work ethic Very strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a great sense of humor Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule Answer Phones Position Responsibilities: Follow up with attendees of the seminars and client events Communicate with Director of Operations on regular basis to ensure marketing efforts are delivering required results Other duties as assigned General Responsibilities: Actively seek to add and enhance knowledge regarding developments and current trends in the financial industry that will serve JAG's business needs Flexible to accept and proactive to seek additional assignments as requested by management Request counsel from supervisor on concerns and issues as appropriate Collaborate with JAG staff to maintain a team environment Arrive & depart from work timely per schedule Uphold JAG standards of professionalism while representing JAG Thrive in a time-sensitive environment and be adaptive to change Other duties as assigned Performance Measurements: Positive first impression for incoming calls and visitors Tasks are completed timely, accurately and within deadline Redtail CRM database documentation is accurate Effective and accurate communications that represent JAG positively Ability to adapt while accepting and supporting management decisions Collaborative relationships are developed and maintained with stakeholders, affiliates, vendors, staff (internal and external) and members Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
