Project Management • Works under the supervision of a more senior teammate to support the overall team • May work across multiple teams including internal operations • A successful Event Coordinator will support offerings under Premier Events’ Statement Of Work: • Project Management and Meetings • Event Documents • Venue Sourcing and Management • Registration Management • Food & Beverage • Print • Giveaways + kits • Shipping • Transportation Management • Evening Event Coordination • Inventory Management Internal Deliverables • Track work hours daily to ensure accurate and timely reporting and billing • Submit detailed and accurate business expenses prior to close of month • Understand the role of a Statement of Work (SOW) in projects and be familiar with SOW to carry out delegated tasks in alignment with that scope • Support project debriefs internally, contribute to internal resources, and ensure accuracy of event calendar and metrics tracking • Employ designated internal or client templates and standards consistently when contributing to event documents as required by event lead • Professional appearance when working at office and on-site • Maintain a professional and appropriate social media image • Participate in internal programs and events Experience: • Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
