Job Description The Event Coordinator is responsible to drive game-changing culture, hospitality, and operations within the event space. The Event Coordinator will provide an outstanding Guest and Team Member experience within the event space to create unexpected memories by living our Manifesto and Core Values. This includes, but is not limited to proper staffing, set-up & breakdown, operational activities, community relationships, special events, and sometimes golf experience. • Lead the Event Team during events • Inspire, engage, and connect with Managers, Team Members, and Guests • Demonstrate the core values of Always Bring the Fun, Be Bold Everyday, Live & Breathe Gratitude, Serve Our Community, Keep the Grit, and Include Everyone • Interact in the community to drive special events • Maintain operating standards, including safety and sanitation • Strong food & beverage knowledge to deliver exceptional experiences to the Guests • Ability to add value to the overall Team; be a Team player and perform additional tasks when needed • Assist the Event Sales Director when needed • Accurate billing • Create unexpected memories for the Team and Guests
