Event Coordinator Duties: - Coordinate all aspects of events from initial planning stages to post-event evaluations - Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee financial aspects including invoicing and payment processing - Implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event planning process - Utilize upselling techniques to enhance event offerings and increase revenue - Oversee banquet arrangements, including catering, seating arrangements, and audiovisual setups Experience: - Ability to market events effectively to target audiences - Experience in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle client requests professionally If you are a proactive individual with a passion for creating memorable events and possess the skills mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Event Coordinator.
