The Cable Center is hiring a part-time Event Coordinator for our Denver, CO location. The hours for this position vary based on the event schedule and reports to the Manager of Events. Duties include but are not limited to: • Support the Manager of Events in facilitating on-site coordination for events, ensuring the facility is clean, appropriately set, safety protocols, parking, and security are in place. • Serve as a liaison to external vendors and preferred caterers the day of the event, providing information, reviewing Banquet Event Orders, coordinating event logistics and adherence to The Cable Center’s in-house policies. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
