Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of food and beverage operations, will be essential attributes for the successful candidate; as well as the ability to meet the needs of a discerning membership who are accustomed to a high level of service in all that the Club offers. Serves as point of contact for members or guests planning events of all types, both on-site as well as off-site catering Works closely with General Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef in communicating, planning and execution of all events Works with the executive chef to determine selling prices, menus and other details for catered events; develops contracts; assures that pre-planned banquet menu offerings are current and reflect general member interests. Ensures the security of valuables (Club’s, guests’ and members’ property) during catered events.
