JOB REQUIREMENTS : Principal Duties / Responsibilities : Planning and participating in events, tradeshows, and client celebrations as needed. Handle administrative tasks related to marketing and event planning, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining databases. o Develop relationships with local media o Represent Samuels Group at industry events, networking functions, and community activities as needed. Assist with digital newsletter featuring projects, staff, events, etc. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : 3 years of experience in event planning and / or marketing coordination.
