Currently seeking an Event Coordinator for an opportunity in Norton, MA. This is a temporary position. Responsibilities of Event Coordinator: • Schedule appointments using 25live and other schedule computer programs • Work closely with supervisor • Maintain calendar including scheduling meetings and appointments • Perform Data Entry • Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications of Event Coordinator: • Previous clerical/administrative experience • Excellent organizational skills • Strong computer skills including MS Office and Google suites • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information • Positive and upbeat personality
