Birch Road is very member-driven, so a strong relationship with the members is necessary for the Events Manager s success. Given the nature of the role, trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information is essential. This is a part-time position that requires two half-days for admin work and 2-3 evenings a week in events management. Responsibilities: • Create a welcoming, comfortable, and safe space for members and their guests • Provide a unique and varied schedule of member event programming • Maintain accurate record keeping in Hubspot CRM • Execute private events • Register new members according to club processes and provide each member with a New Member Orientation outlining the Member Agreement and House Rules. • Participate in weekly team meeting with the Owner to review the status of current tasks and projects for the club.
