The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and related processes for facilities and services for all customers, including students and their organizations, internal departments, and external organizations that plan to use other areas of campus. Responsibilities • Coordinate the scheduling of facilities and services for all clients including students, internal departments, and external organizations • Oversee the successful execution of events, including weddings and conference programs • Collaborate effectively with Facilities and Services Staff and other department teams to ensure the success of events • Provide services to clients in a timely and efficient manner • Supervise student administrative support staff to ensure smooth operations • Manage customer inquiries and ensure accurate customer records are maintained • Utilize CRM systems for customer relationship management • Employ skills in calendar management to schedule and manage events • Oversee budget processes for event management • Utilize communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
