This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and control events within the facilities • Create and update working documents for assigned events • Ensure effective communication regarding service delivery to clients • Lead and coordinate pre-con meetings with clients • Supervise staffing for assigned events • Coordinate with vendors for outside service needs • Ensure all event requirements are met, including inspections and compliance • Attend assigned events to resolve any issues that may arise • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive public relations Experience Requirements • 2-3 years of experience in facility coordination or event management • Experience in the facility industry is desirable • Must possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s license throughout employment Why work in New Orleans, LA
