Job Title: Event Coordinator Status: Exempt, Salaried Base Salary: $36,000-$38,000 per year Comp Package: $44,000-$46,000 Benefits Medical, Voluntary Dental & Vision for employee and dependents as per MCCC policies, State Employee Retirement Membership, Life Insurance, Vacation, Sick leave, Holidays as per MCCC personnel policies. - Ensure that the equipment, physical set-up and personnel provided meet the requirements of the event and the client’s contractual agreement. - Special Event promotion, planning, and management preferred. Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Evenings as needed • Holidays • Monday to Friday • Nights as needed • Weekends as needed Experience: • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required) • Customer Service: 3 years (Required) • Attention to detail: 3 years (Required)
