They will assist in graphic design, advertising, interactive media, promotions, public relations, and grassroots efforts for events as assigned. This position will also occasionally serve as Supervisor on Duty for other events at the facility. act as liaison for building with all parties and departments involved in the event.Provide management of in-house events in accordance with venue policies and procedures, including overseeing event logistics, settlements, managing event budget and post event financial summary, and customer service to ensure event success and client satisfaction. This includes but is not limited to social media platforms, website, advertising, radio, television, local media opportunities, and marketing requirements from promoters and artists. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
