Role and Responsibilities • Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to understand expectations and requirements for conferences. • Develop creative ideas for various aspects of events, such as themes, conference swag, catering, and entertainment options. • Travel as needed to conference locations to oversee on-site logistics. • Capable of working efficiently in a time-sensitive environment, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
