The innovative programming that takes place in our town centers draws visitors from throughout the region and differentiates Lakewood Ranch in the marketplace. This position assists with the planning and onsite management of events at Waterside Place and Main Street town centers, including but not limited to the signature events, to ensure the best possible experience for our community. • Manage additional promotional activities that may take place at the event • Ensure event is implemented to the highest of standards and resolve problems that may arise • Assist in analyzing the event’s success and prepare reports for management • Work closely with Events Manager and Property Management of town centers to proactively manage issues Lifestyle Event Administration, Promotions, and Marketing: • Manage lifestyle community calendars across multiple websites including www.lakewoodranch.com, www.myLWR.com, www.watersideplace.com, and www.lwrmainstreet.com.
