All individuals will start as an assistant/trainee, however we are searching for a candidate suited to train & quickly transition into a lead planner position, before the end of the year. Hours are based on the number of weddings you choose to work, when offered, which will provide you with hours on the wedding day as well as office/admin type hours assisting the lead coordinator with tasks leading up to the wedding such as emails, creation of timelines, orders of ceremony, floor plans, and more. Once position has transitioned into a lead position, this role will involve scheduling your meetings directly with clients, handling or delegating all emails communication with the events, creating or delegating all timelines, floorplans, & generally being in charge of all tasks to do with the event. Hours outside of wedding days are extremely flexible. The ideal candidate has either experience or interest in the wedding & event industry & will be interested in training to become a lead planner & coordinator.
